Measurements are taken with the garment laid flat and may vary slightly by measuring method.
- Japan shipping: ¥800 including tax; Okinawa ¥1,800. Complimentary from ¥20,800.
- U.S. shipping: US$18; complimentary from US$180. Contiguous 48 states and D.C. only; excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and military addresses.
- Delivery: in-stock orders prepared in 1–2 business days; estimated transit after dispatch is 3–7 business days in Japan or 7–14 in the U.S. Excludes weekends and Japanese national holidays. Pre-orders and made-to-order items follow their product-page schedule.
- Cancellation: eligible orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase if fulfillment has not begun.
- Returns: no returns or exchanges for personal reasons, including size, color or fit.
