É TOILE ships domestically within Japan and to select international destinations.
Please review our shipping guidelines below.


PROCESSING TIME

Orders are carefully prepared and typically dispatched within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. During peak seasons or for special collections, processing times may be extended.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once your order has been dispatched.


PRE-ORDER & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Pre-order and made-to-order pieces require additional production time. Estimated shipping dates are provided on each product page. Please note that these timelines are approximate and may vary.


SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Domestic (Japan):
Nationwide shipping available
Additional fees apply for Okinawa and remote islands

International:
United States, South Korea, China, Taiwan
Limited availability - please reach out to us before ordering to confirm
Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are the sole responsibility of the recipient

Domestic Shipping (Japan):
Standard Shipping: ¥500 (tax included)
Free Shipping: Orders over ¥20,000 (Japan only)
Okinawa & Remote Islands: Additional surcharges apply

International Shipping:
Rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout
Additional fees may apply


DELIVERY TIMELINE

Domestic (Japan): 3-7 business days after shipment
International: 7-14 business days after shipment
Remote Areas: Additional time may be required

*Delays may occur due to carrier circumstances, weather conditions, or customs inspections. É TOILE is not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors beyond our control.


TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive:

1. Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
2. Real-time tracking updates via email
3. Delivery notification when package arrives

You can track your order anytime by:

- Logging into your account and viewing order history
- Reaching out to our support team


DELIVERY ISSUES

If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please reach out to our support team immediately at support@etoilejp.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Response time: Within 24-48 hours during business days (Monday - Friday, 10:00 - 18:00 JST). We are closed on weekends and Japanese national holidays.


UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
