All prices displayed on our website include Japanese consumption tax (10%). The final price shown at checkout is the total amount you will pay.

Additional Fees

Shipping fees: ¥500 (tax included) for domestic Japan.
Free shipping on orders over ¥20,000 (Japan only).
Additional fees apply for Okinawa, remote islands, and international shipping.

Order Processing & Shipping

- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Domestic shipping: 3-7 business days after order confirmation.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

É TOILE offers a limited return policy due to the curated nature of our collections. All sales are final unless the product is defective.

Eligible for Return

• Product defects or shipping damage ONLY.
• Must contact support at info@etoilejp.com within 48 hours of delivery.
• Photographic evidence required.

Not Eligible for Return

• Customer preference (size, color, style, image difference).
• Change of mind.
• Items without original tags or packaging.
